Old school mop, no gimmicks!
I have wood floors throughout our 3000 square foot house and those little gimmick mops just weren't cutting it. This BIG (but NOT heavy!) mop is just what I needed. The bracket to hold the mop head is a sturdy looking plastic, which I'm glad for, so it doesn't corrode. Looks like it will hold up for a long time. It grips the mop head very securely.Also, it came in a mop-long box and my cat is in "I have a new box to play with" heaven :)

Ok mop
I seen a lot of people’s review about breaking them up and also putting it in the washing machine lol overall the mop is pretty good for what I paid for and it’s doing it’s job so far. It does sometimes gets loose but I think that’s because I didn’t tighten it enough and you have to make sure the map is correctly placed on the stick. So if you have little nimble hands and you’re not able to tighten a mop up this is not your mop.

It's hard to get mop head on. It comes apart while it is in use. If it came with instructions that would be helpful. I can't send it back so hopefully I can figure it out.

... from local chain stores and they are a complete waste of money
After removing all the carpet in my house i tried to use the cheap mops from local chain stores and they are a complete waste of money. I ordered a commercial style mop, mop head, and mop bucket. This mop is perfect and will last for many years!

A good mop is remarkably hard to find
A good mop is remarkably hard to find! I think I have given most a chance.... but, Al of them just seemed tofind new ways to push around grime. I decided to "go back to my roots" and buy one like my grandmother used to use. I wanted an old rag mop.... so, I bought this one. If you're squeamish and never hand squeezed your mop, you better buy a bucket squeezer..... getting my hands dirty doesn't bother me, and, I am happy with this item!

The last one lasted 5 year
5 years the last one I had just like this i can’t complain most mops maybe a year or so I recommend buying a commercial mop Iike this one to anyone . I love the fact that I can take the mop off and wash it when ,I need to keeping it clean and germ free that’s the biggest seller for me thank you

A guy that has mopped a lot of floors
It’s full and works well with the mop bucket. Perfect size head. The handle is a little thin for my liking but it’s Metal and sturdy. It gets the job done.

Garbage handle - constantly have to touch dirty mophead
The mop head itself is fine, but the handle clip comes undone with the slightest movement of the mop head. I taped it closed, but it doesn't matter. The little tines that are supposed to keep the mop head in place aren't long enough to keep a heavy, wet mop head in place. As you move the mop back and forth across the floor (as you do when you swab), the mop head constantly slips out of the handle, so that every three minutes or so, you have to pull it back in. This just wasn't designed or engineered very well. It doesn't solve a problem - it creates one.Bottom Line: If you'd prefer NOT to get disgusting bacteria and god-know-what-else all over your hands every three minutes, avoid at all costs. I should have listened to the other reviewers. I thought it would be different for me (a human failing), but it wasn't (a product failing).
