Shows that you can be broken and always listen to others but those involved to control your life and let you believe things

I have read a lot of books which have dual aspects, but the way this one is written results in a lot of duplication which I don't personally like. But the story is good, a few slow bits but otherwise good. I didn't realise it was 2 books...

Nooooooo, this book has had my gripped and I've read it in just over a day. Love the characters but wow what a cliffhanger!

Spoilers**I can’t warm to Charlie. Yes she’s been hurt…..badly. But she just continues to cheat on her fiancé. I get she’s trying to figure things out but break it off first. Someone else broke her heart years ago but she’s now too selfish to even end things with her fiancé. I just find her a bit heartless and selfish, she should know better.The reason for the four stars is that the writing is good and it flows well.

Charlie fell in love with the wrong man, he was her best friends brother and worse than that he was married. Alex planned to leave he wife until she told him she was pregnant which had Charlie fleeing with a broken heart. Eight years later and she is a lawyer in New York having a meal with her new fiancée Julian and Alex walks u to her table. He never forgot her and seeing her with another man and the ring on her finger meant war. He teased her and tried everything to get her back. His business was mainly in London but he was already in the process of opening up in her city. Charlie didnt trust him but she was now having sex with him behind her partners back and she had to make a decision. A story in a tabloid had her running again not being able to cope with his apparent betrayal.

I haven't finished reading the book yet, but so far it's REALLY good. Looking forward to reading the rest!
