Bought this for my daughter because she was 'fed up' holding her phone on WhatsApp chats with her boyfriend. She says it works well - holds the phone securely, clamps onto her bedframe easily/solidly, and is flexible enough to be positioned as she likes.I don't want to know anything more about her use case for the item whatsoever. As far as I'm concerned, she's purely using it to watch YouTube videos. That's all. Just some videos. Shh. Just videos.

Not happy with it at all. The section that holds your phone stretches long ways and is unsuitable for large phones especially if you have a case on. This section completely covers your back camera also so there's no point buying this to record videos. The unit is very unstable and droops under the weight of my phone. Considering it droops, the actual adjustable part of this is extremely hard to move. I don't recommend this product.

Easy to put together and set up, does exactly as promised. A useful gadget.

The product was useless. The grip at the top is too big for most phones. It will clamp a tablet but is not capable of taking the weight. The neck is extremely stiff and very difficult to position probably. As for the ball joint, well I'd better keep it polite. Somebody will find a use for it but it was purchased for use as described and failed miserably.

Bought this in January and it snapped in half yesterday, so having to buy a new one (but not this one).
