While this product is much/exactly like others, the folks who sent this cane do things a little better.I got the correct color. The video link provided on the package takes you to a YouTube video that will be very helpful to anyone who has not used one of these before. The little white gloves for handling are a nice touch.Bonus points for the little zip tie that keeps the cane release bar in place during shipping.

Faulty. Won’t close once open and cuts your hands easily.

I got this for my daughter, this is not for kids. It’s hard to open and pops out with such force that it went right out of my hand. I almost broke a window. My mother in her 60s tried it thinking it can’t be that hard to open almost broke the cabinet, took a small piece out of the edge of it. This shoots open with force and is hard to close. You have to turn back and forth and push to close. Not easy and not to be used near people or kids it’s got such force.

Not only was it shorter than expected, its very dangerous to handle with no warning in the listing. Yes they included gloves but I didn't understand why. After opening and closing once, I have 3 open cuts on my hand.

Defective product, When I tried to open it it didn’t work when I go to put it down it popped open and flew across the room. There is a sharp piece on it because my thumb was cut when it finally opened. Now I’m unable to close it and it began to unravel
