Comfortable, stylish & easy to assemble
These chairs are easy to put together (even when our box didn’t come with instructions). They are comfortable, and we love the high backs! Great for sitting around our island in the kitchen.

No customer service- item came missing half the parts
I ordered 2 sets of these. First set great! Look so nice put together and very sturdy. Second set was missing the seats and all the hardware. There is no way to get ahold of the company to get replacement parts so my only choice is to return them, wait until they credit my account, and then order new ones- hoping I can get the same price!

First chair was easy and fast to put together
First chair was easy and fast to put together. I really like the chair because it looks great and is sturdy. It is not wobbly at all. However when I started to put together the 2nd chair I discovered I am missing 2 of 1/4 x 25mm Internal Hex Flat-Head Cap Screws. I also had 1 extra screw of another size. I did call Baxton Studio about getting the parts. They told me that I had 2 choices.. 1) Return to Amazon 2) Contact Amazon and see if they could contact the manufacturer (China) and find the parts. I had already put the chairs together. I found the parts at Lowes online.. received them in 2 days with no shipping charges. The box looked like it had made many trips around the block.. it had been taped and retaped several times. Inside the box, the parts were in disarray.01/23/2017.. I ordered 2 more of these bar stools but I received today 2 chairs. Gees what a mess!

Buy something else
Looks good but 3 out of 4 holes in the metal did not match up. I sent the barstools and the entire dining set back for a refund. Did not feel stable or sturdy.
