Acer computers are notorious for their difficulty to disassemble, so I highly recommend watching Youtube videos before attempting to replace yourself. Make sure you have a good electronics screwdriver kit with magnetic ends or this task will be next to impossible - you will be taking out a LOT of screws. This keyboard works flawlessly after being property installed and I am very happy to have a working keyboard once again.

At first I thought there was something wrong with the laptop after replacing the keyboard but on closer inspection I can see what's happening. This replacement only has a key sensor directly under the center of the keys. When you press down on the key anywhere but the dead center it doesn't register the keystroke. I put the OEM one back in that had a bad number pad due to a spill and verified the OEM keyboard detects keypresses VASTLY better.

Is not as precise as the original one, I have to type slower to make sure each letter types or I have to go back and fix it b/c it either doesn't type it or types too many, but it does work

Purchased keyboard for Acer V3-572P on July 17. Installed the keyboard 15 minutes after receiving it. Multiple keys did not function. Returned it for a full refund from Amazon on same day.
