The water dispensed from this tastes awful even after priming both hot and cold by running through several gallons of water each. I had an amana fridge with filter hooked up to the same line prior to this and that water tasted great.

I got one of these for the house. in effort to replace the big bottles and the old cooler we had.This has 1 3 stage filter in it and the water comes out tasting good. I personally love the capacity on it I always have gold water and if I feel like a cup of tea the water it piping hot and great for the job.Warning: hot water is very very hot and you will need to let it cool before drinking. Think coffee maker fresh hot.

Bought this for my gym. It arrived dented, but still seemed to work well so I didn't send it back. Worked fine for a while and after 6 months the pump motor stopped working and the water stopped coming out. Asked for a replacement and Amazon refused and told me to contact the manufacturer. Way do stand by the products you sell. Piece of garbage and well be putting it where the rest of the garbage goes.

Bought this unit just over a year ago and now just a month out of warranty, it starting leaking from the stainless steel tank where they welded the seams together. All rusted and stainless steel? Called manufacturer, but said they were very strict on 1 year warranty. Unit was great up to this point, but will not be buying from Aquverse again. This was definitely a manufacturing defect in my opinion and should have a grace period for something you wouldn't think would be rusting so soon. Unit is in a nice clean café in temperature controlled office.

Works great. does everything I want it to do, run quite and cold water is really cold and hot is hot. The water tastes great. I was a little disappointed in the way the dispenser valves look because they don't appear to be quality parts, but so far they are doing well. Also, look at the dimensions as far as height because the unit looks like a stand alone unit but works much better on a counter top. As for shipping, it came in a few days sooner than expected, took about 5 days instead of 10. Mine came damaged. The side that goes to the wall was badly damaged but didn't show so I kept it.

Take extreme care when installing filter as metal pieces inside the unit are extremely sharp! If you are not careful you can get a nasty cut. Plumbing parts supplied to hook up to the water line were the wrong size requiring a trip to the hardware store to get the correct pieces to connect to a standard water line connection. Cold water container froze the first night of use. Instructions for turning the temperature up were good but it is a shame the factory didn't set the temperature correctly during manufacturing.

Love this thing. Hit and cold work great or you can leave hit off and have a room temp and a cold side. Pours fast and tastes great!!

This is worthless - the manufacturer should be ashamed. The instructions are in tiny print with grainy black and white images that are almost impossible to read. There are random parts in different packages but key parts are not included (it's not that they're missing they are just not part of the set). The device is super low down...around three and a half feet high...everyone has to stoop to use it. You need a screw driver to open up the unit to replace the filter. The hot water tap wobbles and is tricky to lock into place.Again...this is completely useless and I urge everyone to avoid buying it unless they can fix the issues that I have outlined
