The texture and the taste were so similar to actual rice! We tried one package and were so pleased that we will be definitely be ordering more.

It looks just like the picture on the box. It doesn’t taste like rice but it is a good substitute. Trader Joe’s has a similar product that is less expensive.

Was not to my liking, but my friend's palate took to it favorably with lots of doctoring. The aftertaste was also unpleasant so I tossed out half of the package. Another negative is the plastic bag. I must add that the consistency of the ricing was good. Too bad the flavor failed my test.

a good substitute for rice on keto diet. however I wish I did not have to cook the whole package and eat it up within 3 days. wish it had been subdivided into individual servings.

The product was good, I was satisfied with my purchase and the time it took to arrive.

As a diabetic I need to watch my carbs, this "rice" was delicious, I had to stop myself from eating the whole package!

Best seasoned well and with a sauce if possible. Not that great plain. A little goes a long way. I will buy again.

This product had a very strange taste, smell and texture to me. I prepared the first package exactly according to package directions because I was not familiar with the ingredients used and I wanted to get a taste of them before I added anything additional. I did not like it. The next time I prepared this product I added some seasonings that I like and it still did not taste good to me ; the texture did not feel good in my mouth and there was still an unfamiliar smell to it. This product is a waste of time, energy and money for me. I don't plan on buying it again.
