Received this item on time. I had purchased a frying pan of this kind of T-Fal several months ago then decided to get a set. I am a from scratch kind of cook so any pans I get do get a real work out. I have had Scan Pan and Calphalon cookware sets. Which had warranties I could have used to replace them but didn't want more of them. That said I had been using the frying pan for a while and liked it a lot! It lets you know when its warmed up (the frying pans only) and ready to use which is good for budding cooks (two twenty something sons finally learning to cook for themselves). When you are done it about rinses clean with no residue or slimy feel to it. I always look for non stick cookware to be dishwasher safe (I learned this from the Calphalon) and metal utensil safe. This set is both. If you put it in the dishwasher you need to re-season it every 10 washings. I don't like to wash stuff by hand but this cleans so easy I haven't put it in the dishwasher much at all. I have chronic tendinitis in my hands so I put everything in the dishwasher but again this cleans super easy in fact better than any non stick cookware I have owned (this is the fourth set). The best thing about this cookware is that it is light weight. I have a ceramic top stove and these pans sit flat on it and warm quickly and evenly. So far in the month I have been using them I have made sauces and stews, no problem. I have fried up a number of dishes without using hardly any oil. My youngest has made eggs and grilled cheese at 3 am and noticed the difference in pans. As to how it will hold up long term only time will tell. I love cooking with it, because it is light weight I'm not waiting forever for it to get hot like with the other two sets. There are no hot spots in the pans at all, in any of them. They are well priced and I feel you really get a lot of bang for your buck. These are a high recommend. I went back and purchased the T-Fal 10 inch saute pan with lid of this kind because this set is so good.

I have been using this cookware for a while and must say the quality is quite impressive. Even though the pots and pans are light weight and feel a little 'thin' the heat distribution is excellent, the bottoms of the pots do not warp at all. They will scratch easily if any metal utensils are used. I learned the hard way turning meat with a fork once which was my fault entirely. Now I am using only silicon turners, no more issues at all. Food does not stick and clean up is easy. The mat finish gives the set a modern look and the handles stay cool to the touch. I am looking forward to many more happy cooking hours spent together!

I love these pans. I've had them now for 6 months, use them almost daily, and they look like they just came out of the box. There's not a scratch or blemish on them. Hard anodized aluminum is a little-known and misunderstood material. The anodizing process turns soft, malleable aluminum into a material that is almost as strong as cast iron, at a fraction of the weight. It's the perfect material for pots and especially frying pans. (One tip, ignore the gimmicky red dot, just cook as you normally do.) These pans have all the advantages of cast iron without the need to first season them, will never rust, will never require heavy scrubbing, and, apparently, will never scratch or dent. They preheat evenly and retain the heat almost as well as cast iron, but have the advantage of faster response time when the heat is adjusted. They can handle a pretty high heat and put a great sear on a steak, chicken breast, or piece of fresh salmon. And absolutely nothing sticks to them. I know this from experience; I was making a pot of marinara sauce one night and fell asleep in my lounger. Three or four hours later, I woke to find the carbonized remains of two cans of San Marzano tomatoes. I thought "Well there goes that pan." But after letting the pan cool down, the debris wiped right out with a piece of paper towel. The pan was unscathed; a quick wipe with a soapy sponge and it looked perfect. I also like that this set includes three different size sauce pans, rather than the usual two in these kind of sets, plus a large covered Dutch Oven. Whether heating a can of soup, cooking a pot of rice, or making a batch of stew, this set has you covered. I'm a retired professional chef, and you can take my word, these are as good, or better, than any professional quality pots and pans (some costing as much or more than this entire set) I've ever used. They are versatile, and will handle any of your cooking needs. I only have one negative thing to say about my purchase. I paid $10.00 more for this set when I bought them! :( Just kidding! I couldn't care less about the 10 bucks. They are worth every penny I paid for them. But they are a really great value now! And no, I was not paid or compensated in any way for this review, although I wouldn't mind if I was. I just know what I like, and like to give credit where credit is due. T-Fal made a great product at a great price, as the Amazon's Choice designation indicates.

We really like this pot set. Clean-up is a breeze. The outer bottoms have not marked up like all the others have.

I’ve had this set for only a couple weeks but, so far, fantastic for cooking (and future baking) as well as clean up. Talk about efficiency—everything has cooked in less time, on lower heat (I have gas and electric stovetops), balanced distribution of heat, and with only a small amount of oil/butter/water for browning and taste. —And cleaning??? 😂 Honestly, a quick wipe and these skillets/pots/pans are done! No exaggeration. Quality durable materials, and yet not too heavy to handle. In fact, if I were to give any one negative comment, it’s this—they move across the stovetop without any push or lift; they almost glide. So, always hold the skillet/pan/pot handle while stirring or removing food, and this set will serve you well. Very satisfied with this purchase. UPDATE: this set has been nothing but fabulous! Years later, and I’m here to say that these are still like new and continue to function very satisfactorily. And yes, they’re used every day- for prep of two meals, if not three. I never place in the dishwasher. —No need! Just wipe with a soft cloth in hot soapy water, and good to go again. And, I use only silicone and/or plastic cooking utensils in them. This is my first big girl pot and pan set purchase! LOL! I don’t know why I haven’t purchased a set before , but I have always had just random pots and pans- good quality, but never a set. And, in a typical ME fashion, I spent weeks (way too long) researching the best, dishwasher safe, ceramic cook top approved, non stick safe coating, highly rated set. Anyway, I totally love these. Although dishwasher safe was ultra important to me, I’ve ended up hand washing them because they are incredibly easy to clean. Don’t get me wrong, they will go in the dishwasher occasionally but are just super easy to clean. A couple of things... do not use any metal spatulas or servingware with these products Get yourself some good quality, safe, plastic ones. This set comes with two and that’s very helpful. Anything metal is going to eventually scratch it up. Don’t heat your pots and pans dry. A little butter or whatever. The handles are nice and long on all but one pot. The largest pot has two small handles (see picture) and I prefer that to long handles on pots, but that is strictly for storage preference. I did return the first set for another identical set. Not because of any issue, but because the price dropped by over $20 and I asked Amazon for a price match and they declined. They suggested I return and rebuy which is what I did. (Seems silly and a giant waste of money because they handled the postage both ways and even had UPS pick up from me, but that was their choice. Not at all the way I would run my company, but I am going to let that go.) Nonetheless, Totally digging these pots and pans and have had no issues schooling the teens and husband on the no metal rule. Yesterday I ordered the t-fal tiny frying pan (single egg) I’m sure that will be just as fabulous but I will certainly post a review. Give them a shot - you will not regret your purchase.

To put in perspective... I've had regular T-Fal and Lagostina Blanco Ceramic. Never again I will by the Lagostina Blanco, it's the worst POS of sets I've ever own. I had so many problem with it, that after one year my CanadianT store accepted to take it back and switched it for a Heritage the Rock Ceramic. I'm happy with it, but I'm using it very often and on CanadianT website people are complaining about the lack of durability. So when the time came to recommend a new set to my girlfriend, I new hard anodized sets were of better quality but they are usually more expensive. She was gonna buy a set of regular T-Fal on sale at CanadianT when I saw that T-Fal Ultimate Hard Anodized set here on Amazon at a very fair price. I was surprised and instantly gave the recommendation to my girlfriend to buy it. So far so good. We're really impressed by the quality. Just by the weight it's very easy to see the higher quality compare to regular T-Fal or other brand sets. It feels solid. It feels that it will NOT warp under heat. The soft silken-touch silicone handles are comfortable. The set can be used in the oven at 400 (without the lids) or 350 with the lids with the silicone handles. Ok it's still new, we only used it for two weeks now. But I have enough experience with both nonstick and stainless steel to know that this a good product. So unless they have an unknown manufacturing defect, this Ultimate T-Fal cookware set is rock solid! I strongly recommend this set, I'm sure it's gonna last many years. Of course you need to follow basic common sense with nonstick cookware : - Seasoned with vegetable oil very now and then - Do not put the heat at more than 7/10 (max 8/10) - Do not use metal ustensiles (even if T-Fal says you can) - Do not put under cold water as soon you finish cooking - Do not use abrasive substance to clean it Honestly, I'm really glad I gave the recommendation to my gf to by this set. I'm using it at her place and I love it! :-)

Best deal ever! Got these for a great price and they showed up 48 hours after placing the order! Very sturdy and the handles are covered aluminum which is great. A huge improvement over my old outdated cheap tfal pans. Clean up is simple since nothung sticks. Love them!!

The pots are scratching even though I am only using the recommended cooking utensils. This is my 6 month using them and I am really disappointed

Ditched gramma's arm breaking pots. These pots are great. Well priced. decent size. Light weight and heat up fast which is great when starvation looms. Easy to clean. Likely to outlast me. An affordable heirloom. Yippee,!
