High end product
I went back and forth between these and several other styles, decided I would break bread and but these. My horse loves them. Offers great protection on sliding stops, really opens your horse up to wanting to slide stop, also give great protection to the tendons. Extremely happy with these

These Skid Boots are Great!
My horse had an allergic reaction to the skid boots with latex padding, and I didn't have any protection for him. He's a huge stopper, and needed to be protected before he burnt his fetlocks. My friend had these and loaned them to me. He's sliding a mile and no burns! I ordered my own, and the price here beats every place I could find them. Classic Equine is a good brand for nearly all things, so I was confident in them. Best of all, no swelling from latex. These are made of the same material as used in SMB boots.

Super Quality and Easy to Use
I bought the Classic Equine brand of skid boot on the recommendation of my trainer. I really like them and all my other Classic Equine boots. The skid boots are easy to put on and take off. I have had mine for 3 or 4 months and they still look brand new. I hose them off after every 2 or 3 rides. I use them about 4 times a week. I am very happy with them and have recommended them to my friends.

Happy with purchase.
My new horse (14.2 Quarter) has thin legs. He's never had skid boots on so I put them on loose. The bottom strap was a little short but reached. Top straps are fine. The boots stayed on straight even being very loose. Things are in the correct places. They seem to be as well made as the expensive boots I have.

I’d recommend
A nice flexible skid boot for a mare who hated the leather kind. Well made and provides enough protection for hard stopping. My reasons for only 4/5 stars:- One size (best for Sm&Med) they are a little tight on my mare who wears Large ClassicFit Boots from Classic Equine.- Interior no-turn rolls, personally i’m just not a fan and think they’re unnecessary.
