Wolf 130 Portable Carpet Spotter (Clarke BEXTSpot 130SP)

I love this machine. After years of using Bissell and Hoover carpet cleaners, this thing just blows them away. Every part is serviceable, unlike every Bissell and Hoover portable cleaner I have used (which seemed to have to be replaced every year or two due to development of leaks). The suction power is excellent. The only complaint I have is that it is loud, but for the performance, I can deal with the earplugs. :)

For a spotter, carpet, furniture, it does a great job. Well built. As a commercial contractor I can recommend this product. I believe it will last if maintained properly and not abused.

I bought this when the upholstery attachment connector on my Royal carpet cleaner broke - which I used on the basement steps, car, van, boat and camper.The unit is very well built but has two caveats:1) While the attachment tool is 3.5" wide, the water jet was only 1" wide - therefore you're not cleaning much area per stroke.The factory offered no help. I noticed the spray nozzle was screwed on...not unlike the adjustment on a plastic spray bottle. I removed the nozzle, placed two 1/8" washers on the tube and re-secured the nozzle. Perfection.2) The solution tank needs a petcock; impossible to drain completely even by flipping the unit over because of the lip on the container. Must use a sponge or rag to remove remaining solution.Hope it lasts at $400.
