Great book very interesting

A remarkable insight to Glasgow' s transport infrastructure and the social impact the subway has made to the city. An excellent read.

The book is an absolute mine of interesting information about the Glasgow Subway but it has to be said that it is not easy to read and make sense of a great many passages due to dozens of errors in grammar and punctuation, particularly commas is the wrong place, as well as incorrect words being used; just one example of many is on page 67 paragraph 2 line 1 where "formally" should be "formerly". Is this an example of the author placing inappropriate reliance on a word processing spell checker?

A very interesting read though not that long. Loads of pictures. If you are interested in the Glasgow Underground (Subway) it is a must read.

This is a gift for Xmas

An excellent read and full of little bits of info I didn't know already about the Subway. However, as someone else has said, it could have done with a far better proof reading. It's not bad but it is annoying hence 4 stars.

Good overall overview. Would've liked more illustrations and line drawings.
