This crocheted oval basket is about 11 inches long handle to handle, 6 inches wide, 4 inches deep. The sides on this basket go straight up, which gives it more interior storage room than a basket with sides that curve out like a bowl, it also helps it to hold things like medicine containers better. Sizes will vary slightly due to the handmade nature of this item. Machine wash and dry on the gentle cycle. The design for this oval basket came about when a customer wanted a basket that was just the right size to hold all her large medicine bottles. It would also work great for many other uses - it would be great for keeping things organized inside a kitchen or bathroom cupboard, it would also work well on a shelf. It could hold things like remotes and portable/cell phones; bathroom toiletries like hand creams, hair products, washcloths, brushes and curling irons; fruits, veggies, or as a bread basket; and so much more. Shown in Lavender, but there are many other color options. This storage basket is handmade and crocheted out of a soft chenille type yarn. It has a velvety plush feel to it. It is a super bulky yarn so the sides are rigid enough to truly hold things and be functional as a storage basket. Please Note: Please allow 2-3 days for the basket to be made before shipment.
