I wanted a collar with a remote that didn't have a "mode" button +1 star. The problem is that the collar really only has 2 functions "super shock" or vibrate.There's no setting to lower the shock level, you're just stuck with it at 100%.The beep/chirp button is a lie, it just plays a 2 sec loop of a mechanical bird noise ON THE REMOTE. How is that supposed to warn/alert the dog?I bought an RF cloning remote to see if I can copy the buttons onto a smaller keychain size remote, I will have to update my review when that arrives from China.

We have put this back together several times... now the charger is broken off inside the collar.... uhhh I give up!

So very, very BAD!!!
Such junk, it was almost laughable how poor this product was. Had it a couple weeks and it doesn't work at all. So not worth it. Keep looking, this product is pathetic.

WOrked three times then broke, waste of money.
This worked exactly three times and now won't hold a charge, the window to return has passed so I paid almost $20 for nothing. I did not get this free like some reviewers,

the distance for the product works pretty good. The vibration part works great. The shock, does not work.

The transmitter is not secured on the collar so all ...
The transmitter is not secured on the collar so all it took was a few rolls in the grass and my dog managed to dislodge it from the collar and lose it.
