Here’s the summary but keep reading if you like juicy details:• Great quality zippers and fabric - I don’t worry about it tearing when I’m zipping the compression (but probably still smart to do so carefully)• LOVE the size options - perfect for organizing by type of clothing and easier to Tetris into luggage than more typical ones• love the little pockets included at the bottom of the smallest cubes - didn’t even know it had those but will come in handy!• it’s easy to be tempted to overfill because it seems so roomy when it’s not compressed, but just remember that the compression feature isn’t magic. But it’s also nice that if you do want to overfill and not compress you can too. Choose your own adventure!I’ve been shopping for compression cubes for months now and had a million different ones sitting in my cart, but was too afraid to commit to a set because I was worried it wouldn’t be THE one. I already have two sets of pretty standard packing cubes but have never really loved them, so if I was going to spend $30+ for something I didn’t really need I wanted to love it!!Well, due to an upcoming trip and me running out of time I was forced to choose one, and these were love at first sight! It has all of the features I wanted and they are great quality. The thing I’ve never liked about my old packing cubes is how big they are, because I always had to mix clothes together that I didn’t want to mix (ie swimsuits with pajamas, shirts with bottoms, etc). It was also a pain to pack because the biggest size always took up almost an entire side of the suitcase and really limited what else you could add to that side. These cubes, in my opinion, are PERFECT because you can organize more strategically with the smaller options and pack Tetris style to fit way more. I also love that there’s a little clear pocket on the top of the cube to add a label for each cube for what’s inside!I didn’t think I needed a laundry bag because I usually just bring a garbage bag with me for that, but this will be much classier (ha).As I mentioned above, it’s tempting to overfill because it seems like there’s still so much room left when it’s not compressed, but that feature isn’t magic so just be mindful of that when packing them. But it’s always an option to just stuff it full uncompressed!Anyway, there’s always a risk that you’ll get a damaged product but in my opinion, you will be happy with this purchase!!

I've had packing cubes before, but never compression ones (tbh I'd never heard of such a thing). I figured I would give them a try for an upcoming trip and they allowed me to pack my smallest suitcase which I'm usually only able to pack for a sleepover night or weekend at my folks; never have I been able to pack this suitcase for a real trip!There are 2 small sizes, 2 mediums, 1 large and then a shoe bag that holds 2 pairs of shoes (maybe more if you're talking sandals/flipflops).PROS:- Condense items enough that you can take smaller luggage or just pack more! Great for overpackers like me!- They seem of decent quality; even with a little pulling at the seams they have held up for 3 trips thus far- Surprisingly, they kept my dress clothes I packed fairly wrinkle free! This was a great surprise for me as I struggle with that. I did wait to pack those until the morning I left for the airport to minimize time in the bag.CONS:- Unlike regular cubes, you cannot "over" pack them or fill them completely because otherwise the compression section will not zip or will only go halfway etc...- Not as compact as using a small space bagOverall a great little addition to a luggage set, especially for us over packers!

We each ordered a set of these compression cubes as well as a set of regular packing cubes for an upcoming trip. I just started packing & organizing to see what I can fit for my trip and how best to group things. I love all the color choices. Hubby & I each picked a different color, so we can tell whose bags are whose on our trips.I love how I can really make a compact package with these! The 3 sizes are great, but I’m probably using the smalls & mediums the most. Out of the 6 bags in this set, I’d say the only bag I don’t like is the “laundry” bag. It seems pretty much useless! Instead of being one medium simple bag with drawstring, someone had the idea that people would rather have half a bag with drawstring on either end, but connected in the middle inside. The picture shows putting dirty clothes or socks in one end and something else in the other end. Neither end is very big, so it just seems like a complete waste.I’d rather have one larger bag with one drawstring.Anyway, the 5 compression cubes are fantastic and I also love all the tags for labeling what’s in each bag, and the clear pocket to slip them in the top of each bag.Overall it’s a great set.
