Excellent flour for sourdough bread!
Great flour for my sourdough bread. It's important to remember that it's quite water-absorbent so adjust the amount of water in the recipe! I've tried other flours and I keep coming back to this one!

Discovered a new resource
First time purchase, really liking the quality of baked item. So far I've only made cookies (based with Quinoa and Pecans), but looking forward to trying with other recipes. Nice aroma, when opening the bag. Fresh scent. Since I don't use it often, kept in the freezer for longevity.

Great value the textures good was very fresh when it arrived, the smells great while using and bakingI keep mine in the freezer haven’t seen any bugs. I add rye flour to my Sourdough starter and also make German sourdough Rye bread
