It's always hard to tell if new supplements are having any effect, but what I can say is that these are easy to take and have had no adverse effects that's I've noticed. The bottle it good, containing 6 months' supply and they're easy to swallow.

After a couple of months of daily use, there have been no negative effects on my digestive system and no constipation.They are easy to swallow and do not leave any aftertaste.I have not yet had another blood test, so I don't know whether my iron levels are higher. I generally feel less fatigued though. I do feel that these have had a positive effect on my health. These are a good quality product.
