I bought this for an elderly person who is struggling climbing into the bath to have a shower because of the need of a new hip.The bidet is very light in weight so even those who struggle with grip due to arthritis should be able to manage to use it. Fits neatly in the toilet bowl and has a pouring spout at the back so no lifting of heavy loads when filled with water. If you can't manage to pour the water out all in one go due to the weight when full then there is space at the rear once in place so you can scoop it out with a container and pour down the toilet.On emptying, a little tip is to tilt it slowly and pour out the water, if you just lift and tilt you could end up with a wet floor due to it spilling over the sides.Very quick delivery and discreetly packaged.

Purchased on the back of an injury that prevented showering, 100% recommend this bidet, fits snugly over the toilet, and despite being extremely light in weight it feels secure with no movement once in place. The small soap ledge is useful if you use soap ( handy to lay disposable wipes) and the pouring spout on the back area has made this an incredibly easy and useful item, easily cleaned and storage can be simply leave upturned in the bath, or if you have a small hook, it can be stored behind the door.Basically this is a most useful item and I could see it meeting the needs of many different people and their individual needs, it would be great for elderly people and would make caring for them on a daily basis a bit less problematic ( sometimes very difficult to maintain a satisfactory level of hygiene, and I believe this would go some way to solving that particular problem.) 10/10 for design and functionality.

How people in the UK can live without a bidet has been puzzling me for the past decade. This is a great alternative. Not as good as having an actual one, but I'm a renter and I cannot dismantle my landlord's bathroom to install one!

I worried that this bidet would be a bit flimsy as it was so reasonably priced but I needn't have worried at all. It fits easily over the toilet and has a soap dish built in. Once used just tip it to empty down the pan. Simple to use and store. There is a small hole in the handle so I inserted a hook and it now hangs behind the bathroom door.
