I got it for 12rs after the promotion. Its a nice book it include lots of questions and sadhguru's answers which we can see on youtube. If you are following sadhguru and watching hia video regulrly then you don"t need to buy it. Al its contents are available in youtube i think.

Practical and eye opener book.actually highly practical and experience based.im flash enlightened already so its content maches with my own experiences although unimportant littlebit surface variation in style of displaying at 1-2 places.

Sadhguruji takes us into the deeper meaning of our life and its purpose in very simple way. Must read for seekers of truth about life.

Great fast information on a number of things people always want to ask but never get chance . Sadhguru answers in language easy understand with test sense humour . If you read this it will open you up to wanting more of sadhguru he puts information and living life into perspective and tells of how to fix lots of issues in life . I think everyone should investigate the words Sadhguru give you life a restart this wee book is a taster. Also try inner engineering.

A short, concise and direct pathway to approach enlightenment and several other topics related to it. Even though meditation and enlightenment are chiefly ways to detach oneself from the mind (as well as the body), this reader believes the whole process is made easier once the mind has a glimpse of what such states and conditions mean, in a general way.

I love reading this book. Sadhguru's teachings are easy to understand, and his humor is delightful.His words and wisdom really resonate with me. I find tremendous joy and peace in this book.
