Bought first one and it had several holes in it. No big deal got it exchanged. Sent old one back and got a new one. Well when the new one showed up. It even had more holes than the last one. What to do?

Nice feel, sound, and size for Autistic teen. She specifically asked for this item and is very happy with it. It is a soft comforting texture and soothing for her extra energy. She has enjoyed it for over a month. It does attract dirt/dog hair but we easily clean it with water and a few drops of Dawn. It is still as good as new!

The Pop-Its themselves seem sturdy, and the coloring of the toy is nice; however the outer edge of the toy is very rough, in some places almost peeling. It’s both disappointing and distracting, which is tough because this is supposed to be a mindless, fidget toy.
