I travel a lot for my work on airplanes. I need luggage that is compact, easy to carry or move and will fit into overhead bins. the Jaald 15" leather messenger bag laptop case checks all the boxes. it is well designed and can hold not only my computer and accessories, but important papers and travel documents in separate compartments. I can usually place it on top of my carry on bag which enables others to use the storage bin more easily. I often receive compliments about it!

I recently bought a new laptop and needed a bag to carry it in. I found this bag because I love the vertical messenger bag style better than a standard brief case style. When I received it and everything fit perfectly I knew I made the right choice. It not only holds my laptop but I can store the power cord and other peripherals like mouse and some paperwork. I love the all leather ruggedness and style. Right now it is stiff and cumbersome to open but I'm positive that after a few months it will become that soft, pliable and easy to wear case. I recommend this case for anyone looking for a vertical case as opposed to a standard satchel.

This messenger bag is sturdy and well made. The stitching is strong and even. The main straps have metal devices on the buckles that snap into metal loops on the body of the bag; that means that to open and close the main compartment of the bag it isn't necessary to unbuckle the straps. One can just press the snap devices and release those, without moving the buckles. I mention that especially because I didn't notice it when I first looked at this bag on Amazon. I was going to reject this bag because of the hassle of having to buckle and unbuckle the straps any time I wanted to open it. You don't have to do that.The small compartment attached to the front of the bag doesn't have such a snap in device, so you do have to buckle it and unbuckle it.The bag has more compartments than was at first apparent. Many options to carry your stuff. If fully extended the sides are four inches deep, so fully stuffed the bag has a large capacity.It is made of stiff leather which is fairly heavy. In my opinion this is proper since a softer, more luxurious garment leather wouldn't hold up to the abuse that a briefcase is likely to get. If you want to soften it and preserve it a good leather conditioner would help; you should probably do that anyway since real leather can dry out and even sometimes crack when it gets old.Someone else mentioned that the bag smells. It does; it smells like the tanning chemicals, I think. Personally I don't find the odor to be very strong on my particular bag.I am downrating this item by one star because of what I consider a minor design flaw. The main straps appear to be longer than could ever be necessary even if the bag is fully stuffed. I suppose this might be used to strap something to the front of the bag, under the straps, but anything so held wouldn't be secure. As it is the overlong straps are going to dangle and get in the way. One could trim them, but they are stitched all the way around the edges- a nice detail- so of course I don't want to do that.All in all a very nice piece of luggage. I like it and I expect I'll get a lot of use out of it.

This is super sturdy and even fit my large laptop. It's a bit snug, but it worked! The only concern I have is that the long strap appears to be seamed together instead of one piece, I hope that this doesn't cause trouble later. It looks so good and I'm so happy with my purchase!

Bag smelled like I was carrying a dead mouse on it.Leather was dry and stiff

I've had this bag for over a year now and I really like it and get a lot of compliments on it. It's soft leather is really nice, but the shoulder strap is cheap--it's green underfabric is fraying making the bag look cheap. Again, good bag for the money, but it'd be great if I could replace the shoulder strap with a better one, but it's sewn into the bag.

This bag is very nice at a great price It's the perfect size for what I needed it for - to carry a 13" monitor that I use for my Samsung DeX setup. The leather was stiff and new when it arrived and I used leather conditioner to soften it up. This help with the look and allows the leather to stretch to fit my monitor case.I am very happy with this purchase.

I love love love this bag. I use it as a purse. All of the other crossover bags I have found have either not lasted, liners ripped or straps came off because I put way to much in them. This bag holds everything and I love the look of it. The price is amazing and the leather is so soft once broke in. It was a bit stiff the first couple days. Great now tho. And the liner is super durable.

Lo primero de todo, vino bien embalado con todos los apliques metálicos protegidos. Está bien acabado es como se muestra en la foto de compra. Cabe bastante y es muy sólido. La piel es gruesa con lo que se protege bastante lo que hay dentro, aunque si hay que poner algún "pero" es que al ser tan gruesa, hace que el bolso pese algo, pero agradezco ese peso de más para poder llevar más protegido todo. Me encanta.

Wykonana bardzo przyzwoicie, bardzo podoba mi się ilość przegródek i komór wewnątrz, dzięki temu wszystko, co tam noszę, jest na swoim miejscu.Niektórzy w opiniach narzekali na zapach, ale albo mi się węch popsuł, albo oni mieli zbyt wyostrzony, bo jak dla mnie jest to normalny zapach naturalnej skóry i płótna.Całość zasługuje na "piątkę", tym bardziej, że za tę cenę w naszym pięknym kraju to trudno kupić portfel ze skóry, a co dopiero mówić o torbie.Polecam.

This bag is a steal. Exceptional quality craftsmanship with a very decent price tag. Enough pockets for all your essentials, whether it be for work, travelling, or just because like me you hate things in your pockets. The colour is beautiful and the leather is nice and thick. In a nutshell, buy one, even two, and give one away as a much appreciated gift, whoever it's for will love it.
