tickle your brain
so fun! chill and exciting at the same time. idk how they did it. the game is well made, the story and main character is interesting, graphics and music are stunning. for someone who is not a gamer at all, I really enjoyed this game and am definitely on the lookout for more cozy games by the same studio. good balance of challenging puzzles/bosses and open world exploration. highly recommend if you're not a gamer but want to dabble in finding a way to zone out and also tickle your brain a bit.

A highly underrated gem of a game.
I bought this based on other reviews here, and I'm glad I did! Some reviewers' analogy of this game to Super Metroid really piqued my interest. They are right, this game follows that formula, yet does so in it's own beautiful style. The hand painted artwork, the calm voice of the narrator, the excellent soundtrack... All of these will quickly tell you you're not playing a copy of another game.Controls are tight, and while some of the seeking puzzles stumped me a bit (due to my inability to see the component I needed lying among some reefs), I've been thoroughly enjoying this game.I've only had my PS4 for a few weeks, and really haven't spent much time on it, given I'm a long time gamer. Furthermore, I have some other great games on PS4, such as Uncharted: A thief's end, and Horizon Zero Dawn, just to name a couple. But it's this game that makes me want to drop what I'm doing to go play the PS4.

Song of the Deep Review
Song of the Deep is an adventure/puzzle game where the player controls a young girl in search of her father. The game takes place entirely underwater and you control a submarine. Later in the game you can leave the sub to reach other areas. It reminds me very much of Super Metroid because there are power ups scattered throughout the area. You can't access many areas and treasures because you'll need to find a certain powerup first. Graphics are decent and the soundtrack is quite good. Gameplay is enjoyable for the most part, but I felt the game didn't have enough variation as it wore on. The game starts to really drag in the second half. The puzzles that were once enjoyable become tedious and tiresome. There were moments in the game where you complete a puzzle and immediately have to do another one. There's not always a nice break of exploration in between. To make matters worse, enemies are constantly respawning which just wastes more of your time rather than you being able to focus on the task at hand. There are plenty of save points throughout the game which at least makes it not a big deal if you die. Overall I enjoyed much of my time with Song of the Deep, but it can be a frustrating playthrough at times.

Nat as good as I hoped
I tried to play this game multiple times and just could not get into it. The graphics are nice but gameplay is very slow.

Entretenido y ligero metroidvania submarino
Se parece a Aquaria.El arte, la música, los diálogos... todo es hermoso. No es difícil, pero es un buen viaje.
