Best polysorbate brand I've ever used
I have to say, this works better than any polysorbate I've bought from anybody else, and I've bought plenty! I have used this in my homemade lotion, and I use cocoa butter, coconut oil, shea butter, and mango butter, along with my essential oils, water and hydrosols in my recipe. I also use an emulsifying wax and beeswax as well as some Optiphen Plus, but I always still have a little bit of separation, so I had bought some polysorbate 80 and some polysorbate 20 (both from different companies) and I had tried each with separate batches of lotion, and both seemed to help, but I still ended up getting a little separation and ended up needing to shake my lotion before using, which I didn't want to have to do. So I decided to try this brand, and I was shocked at how well it worked! I had absolutely no separation when using this! So I tried it with other recipes that I use water and oils, even my heavier oils (hemp seed, and coconut oil) in my homemade body washed and hand washes, and was very pleased to see that there was no separation in the ones I used coconut oil in, but there was still a little separation with hemp seed oil (I have yet to find ANYTHING that keeps that from separating). Overall, this is definitely a keeper and a must have in your body recipes arsenal.

Gets the job done perfectly!
This worked exactly as described. It was an essential ingredient in an essential oil potion I was making. It was suggested to find it on some website I wasn't familiar with, so I was glad to find it easily available on Amazon for a reasonable price--and to find that it worked! Since it says "food grade," I tasted it out of curiosity. It tastes awful, but luckily that doesn't matter for my recipe because it doesn't get eaten.

Great for Mixing 1:1 with Essential Oils
Virtually every diffuser seems to be ultrasonic lately, and they work well. They *also* say (somewhere in the fine print) that you should use water soluble essential oils. That would be fine, if you could easily find such an oxymoron, but anything water soluble is typically a flavoring. And, it's true that if you simply toss drops of essential oils into your mini humidifier, they just float on top of the water. I use this and mix it 1:1 with the oils. I then use twice as many drops into the water, give it a quick stir, and I've got a fully mixed solution. This product is food grade, and at about 6 drops per 150ml of water, I feel like it's got to be safe, or safe enough. Good stuff.

Great emulsifying agent!
Excellent product. My bottle came sealed, in a sealed plastic bag too. Seller seemed to know about their product and customer service was great. I asked whether this was vegan, vegetable derived, and I was told it is. Works well for emulsifying oil soluable ingredients in my water based serums. I made a honey essence eye cream, with you guessed it, honey. This product helped to emulsify the essential oils with water, as honey is water soluable, but essential oils are not soluable in water. I will be trying to emulsify honey into oil for lip balm, and it's food grade, so no worries there, so we will see :) Most excellent for essential oil room sprays that are water based!

FlaLab’s P20 did the job
The Polysorbate 20 from Florida Labs worked perfect for majority of my applications so far. I used a 2:1 ratio of P20 to various essential oils, blended together prior to diluting with a hydro-alcoholic solution. The h-a solution was slowly added to the surfactant/EO blend while mixing and the end result for 90% of my formulations was a clear water white solution. Result achieved were as anticipated.

Didn't work for emulsifying therapeutic grade essential oils
I bought this specifically to emulsify essential oils with distilled water for mini auto diffuser's. It did not work, no matter what ratio I used. Back to the drawing board.

Works well with my essential oil mixes
I bought this emulsifier to use with my DIY preventative lice spray essential oil mix. It works great!! It has kept my oils from mixing and works wonderfully in a spray bottle. I will definitely be using this as an emulsifier for a long time.
