Get the most out of rebounding: rebounding is one of the best ways to get a calorie-burning, endurance-building workout without impact. With the oval fitness trampoline, it's now more fun and effective than ever. The oval rebounding surface provides more stability than normal trampolines. Plus, the wider surface allows for more varied workouts. The safety pad will also keep you off the elastic bands. And with the trampoline's optic Blue Border, you'll always be jumping in the best spot. Compact and convenient: unlike a Treadmill or large elliptical machine, the Stamina oval fitness trampoline only takes up a 45" by 33" area on the ground. You'll be able to use it and move it as much as you would like. But just because it's small doesn't mean it's not sturdy. The trampoline can support up to 250 pounds. And when you have a way to exercise at home, it's hard to find excuses. With a healthy diet and regular use, you'll begin to see results.

Great for Cardio/Stamina
I have seen reviews complaining that there isn't enough bounce and while it is true that there is less bounce with elastic straps, it doesn't take away from the fact that this is a great, sturdy product....it just depends on what you are purchasing this for and where you will be using it. If it is for kids looking to be amused, just wanting to lightly jump up and down to clear out the lymphatic system or you have severe joint issues and need a softer surface then springs are great.I use this for cardio purposes, stamina, balance and muscle strengthening. I purchased a multi-workout trampoline DVD that I follow along with and the workouts are intense!!! There is plenty of bounce if you are looking for a product for fitness, in fact, I find the elastic bands provide a much more challenging workout than the springs and you will accomplish far more in less time with this type compared to the springs.I chose this one in particular b/c I like that there is more surface area which is safer and allows for greater movements and more effective workouts, e.g. wider jumping jacks, wider squats, etc.Assembly was a breeze, a one person job. The trampoline is sturdy and light weight, easy to move around a room. It is holding up beautifully to regular, vigorous use....a great addition to my home gym.

Great Tramp, difficult to break down and store.
I love this trampoline, as does my two year old. Its light, which is nice, and it works really well. I appreciate that the unit came with protective feet so it can be used on floors without damaging them. I don't care for the cheap cover, but I will use it as long as I can, and recover it once it begins to rip. I do wish that it was easier to break down and store, but I did read previous reviews and was aware that I might not be able to set it up on my own. Because it has feet that don't bend, I don't think that I will be breaking it down very often anyways. At the end of the day, this unit is wonderful because it can hold two kids and has more space for an adult workout. It was a great price and is decent quality- esp. when compared to the other options that are in the Canadian market at the moment.

Easy to assemble and seems well built.
The trampoline was easy to assemble. The instruction manual said you need 2 people to unfold it, but it was fairly easy for me to do it myself. You just have to be careful that it doesn't spring back on you. I have not tried to fold it up.The only complaint I have is that there isn't much give when you jump on it. A bit less tension on the elastics would have been nicer. It seems to be holding up well so far.

Great for the kids
Bought this for our autistic 4 year old, he has a blast on it. It's not as "springy" without the springs, but it's probably safer for him that way, and he still gets enough air without them. I don't know if I'd recommend it for an adult, or a heavier one at least. Seems to be holding up well after 3+ months of multiple daily uses, except for the cover that goes around the edge - it seemed a bit cheap from the start, and now I just keep a roll of gorilla tape handy to patch it. I found that the rubber feet are somewhat hard, and the flooring in the house we rent is easily marked, so we keep a pad under it all the time.

Good unit but weak cover
I like the design of this one as I'm not afraid the kids will get a finger caught in a spring. I also like that it's a little bigger than the round ones. It's been good for both exercise and recreation. The only drawback is that the top/side cover has developed quite a few holes beginning almost immediately. This is especially true where it covers the lock pins. It naturally rubs when you jump on it and wears through. Thankfully the holes haven't ripped but you'd better have a roll of duct tape on hand.
