Yes they do work! Buy for indoor and out!
I love these and they really have helped me! I work at a college and am a student too! These help so much with screen headaches and the sunglasses mean I can spend time outside without regret! Highly recommended!

Improved my quality of life
These have made driving a nearly migraine free activity and eased my pain while working at the computer all day. Life savers worth every penny. I only wish I could get them to stay tighter to my face so they didn’t slide down my nose and let the overhead flourescent light shine in.

I am so amazed that the glare no longer bothers my eyes
5 stars are not enough! I had cataract surgery two months ago & have had increased sensitivity to light, more than usual, although I've always had it. It was so severe I honestly considered resorting to those hideous sunglasses provided post op....seriously! Then I read about these Theraspecs & they have saved me from wearing those other sunglasses! I am so amazed that the glare no longer bothers my eyes! I have the Stella, which are quite lovely, fashionable & fit my head perfectly. If they didn't fit, instructions are provided to customize them, but they are quite comfortable for me!

Not very attractive but…
They are very comfortable. I’m going to guess you probably could find something just as good for less though. I’ll be keeping mine.

Defective and cheap
I am really disappointed in the quality of the glasses. The dark pair is okay, and I’ve been wearing them daily for 3 months. But the lighter indoor pair, which I haven’t worn many times, had very stiff hinges from the beginning. Then about a month ago one arm came off - it didn’t break, the glue itself failed! I’ve never seen that before and from such expensive glasses I feel sick and very upset. I sent a message to the manufacturer a month ago asking for help and haven’t heard back. Sad that I spent so much money on something to supposedly help my extreme migraine pain and I’m coming away feeling taken advantage of. :( would happily edit if I could get some help
