i work a lot of night shifts at a hospital, which means I am staring at a bright screen all night - and it can be hard to sleep well afterwards. I started wearing these at work and they are definitely helping!! I don't feel as amped up when I get home and it has been much easier to fall asleep. Plus I look like I just walked out of The Matrix movie.

I am using blue light blocking glasses since 2018.Started from yellow lenses, orange and finally red. Taking into consideration that some of the red lenses are blocking 100% of the blue light I was struggling to keep them on after sunset (this is when you supposed to start wearing red glasses if you want to maintain your circadian rhythm properly) because everything was too dark and colours were changed.I found this model and I must say it's my favourite one as the colour of the lenses isn't too dark, which makes easier to continue daily tasks. My home is 100% smart including smart lighting and blinds. This helps as I am setting different volume of lumens/lighting in my home according to the time of the day.Those glasses allow me to enjoy watching tv with, using smart phone and laptop without being unable to enjoy the full spectrum of colours.They made the digital picture looks warmer but not totally dimmed.I also wear them when reading.If you are looking for blue light blockers but you want to enjoy the colours on the screen, this model is perfect.Also cheap, comparing to other brands.On top of this I want to add that I am biohacker, I did test another products and I do use darkest lenses if I have problems with sleeping due to problems with melatonin production, but I have realised that if I use this model on daily basis after the sunset, I don't need to switch on the stronger ones.I did had some questions regarding the product so contacted customer service/seller directly. I did get rapid response with satisfactory results.I also like the packing/case but what is more important, they are very light. I am having autism spectrum and most glasses makes me feel uncomfortable and I always feel that they too heavy. This pair is ideal. Extremely light with good quality lenses.I am not really a big fan of writing reviews but I thought it would be fair to do it now to recommend this great product as a biohacker and healthy lifestyle freak.They also will fit most of the faces, the shape is very neutral.Please remember that this is an independent review from someone who always recommends great things, only for others benefits but also for my own mission to be a part of improving someone's life standards.

Llevo usándolas cuatro días y estoy súper contenta. Son cómodas, bonitas y, sobretodo (lo más importante) protegen de la luz azul.Sufro de migraña crónica y tengo muchísima sensibilidad a la luz, tanto cuando tengo una crisis de dolor como en el día a día. Esto hace que en la vida diaria me sea muy complicado al tener que convivir con las pantallas. Estos días he estado llevando las gafas (en interiores y también en exteriores, porque las llevaba puestas en todo momento) y he notado una gran diferencia, sobretodo al ver la televisión, tablet o usar el móvil.También cabe decir que las gafas vienen con una funda de tela y una rígida, ideales para guardarlas cuando no las llevas puestas.Estoy muy satisfecha con la compra.

The glasses arrive with a card saying that they are a small family owned company and if you have any problems to contact them directly. The glasses arrive in a fabric draw sting case and a nice firm travel case. The glasses are a nice size for a woman's face. They are light weight and well made. These are the only Blue Light glasses that also protect from fluorescent light. My office has fluorescent light. I'm on the computer all day. I have had headaches as a result of a concussion. I purchased the glasses for the headache and to be nice to my brain and eyes. The first pair I ordered had a label I couldn't remove. I contacted the manufacturer. Amazing that he sent me a pair from his UK office without the label. This company is so honorable and customer focused. I love the glasses and have since ordered a 2nd pair for home use. No problem with the label on the 2nd pair. Wonderful glasses from a great company.
