Will this fit legal size folders?

Not this one but I’m sure they make one that will.

Can I stack one on top of the other? I’d like these for my home but stored away in some closet space I have.

i wish i could stack them since i bought them for that purpose but they do not stack.

Are there any wheels sold separately that might work with this item?

This is a table top item that fits file folders. Does not allow stacking that I am aware of. Not familiar with wheels for it.
