Q: how many dB is the isolation?

I suggest carefully reading the reviews. I could not find your answer in the item description. I used it to line a credit card holder for RFID. It frays dreadfully so edges need sewing or heat sealing. Perhaps buying a small amount and testing will give you the answer. Also, dB is decibels, I believe; this product is not designed for sound blocking but for hz and radiation.

Q: Has anyone tested that it really block the signal?

Yes. We put the cell phone on the floor and placed the fabric over it. Dialed the phone and it went to voicemail. Took the fabric off. called again and the phone rang.
