A lightweight grill pan ideal for griddling meat. Heat distribution is very good. The handle is attached very firmly. Steaks are cooked beautifully. Searing stewing steak, pork, or chicken chunks for steaks or pies is quick. And importantly the pan is cleaned easily in warm water with a gentle detergent. Pan is dishwasher safe, but I much prefer to wash non-stick items in warm soapy water with a sponge, and this pan cleans beautifully and easily by hand.

Bought as a birthday present for my daughter. She has trouble using heavy pans and says this one is perfect for her.

This pan is always out when we’re cooking breakfast and a go too when my dad’s staying. Very handy when doing a small amount and lightweight. Great for pancakes which it was purchased for. I have had another one for years.

Wok is easy to cook in, easy to clean and not too heavy. Excellent product and received when advised, so happy and pleased all round. Thank you.
