I Loved This Book
I was so bummed when this book ended. I absolutely loved it and wanted it to be a series, but about the two main characters. There was only one scene that made me squirm and not in a good way and that was the "scooby dooby doooo" scene - if you read the book, then you know what I mean. Personally, I don't think a woman going "there" for the first time is going to have so much fun, but maybe I just need more of an open mind. The book kept me interested, because I wanted to know what everyone's "deal" was - I had loads of questions that were answered in a nice pace and the sex scenes were crazy hot.The female lead was strong throughout, even remaining so when she gave in to her mate. The male lead was a great amount of tough, sexy, and alpha and made the story fun. The characters in the story were a great mix and all of it together was pure entertainment. I think I finished this book in days and it would have been sooner were it not for my pesky day job.Otherwise, the book was absolutely amazing and it has been a bit since I read it so maybe I'll check it out again on the elliptical.

Awesome, funny, exciting!
I was so excited about reading this book, I justcouldn't wait! I loved Dante in the first book, and I love him even more in this book. He is seriously awesome. This book starts when Jamie decides her "crush" on Dante is over. She no longer wants to pine over someone who doesn't want her. But Dante doesn't seem to take this very well, all of his wolf instincts start taking over when it comes to Jamie, and he realizes she is hiding something and he is bound and determined to figure out what it is. But only because she's a packmate, and he will do anything he can to help his pack, right? Well this story had a lot of drama to it, but the only flaw I saw was that I was able to predict a lot of what was going to happen. I'm not saying that's a bad thing exactly just take some of the spark out of the book when you realize a head of time with is going to happen.Dante is a really good guy, except I think he is kind of a jerk to Jamie at first. But when he realizes she's just not going to wait around for him anymore, he doesn't like that all, and he misses her even though he doesn't realize it yet. He is a control freak, bossy, and very very protect of Jamie. And I love this about it. It really makes things interesting. And Jamie is super strong, I admired her throughout the whole book. She is a very wonderful character. The only thing I didn't like about Jamie was the fact that she seemed to act like Taryn when talking to Greta, that just got on my nerves. But other than that she is one of a kind. This story was so good, it has me wanting more of this series already. I can not wait for more, I really want to see what happens with all of the other characters, and if they get their own story. I really hope Dominic gets his own story, I have soft spot for him he is cheesy hilarious.

God, I love Dante so much
I love this story so much. I will never not love this story. There’s so much drama and plot twist and angst and lust in spice. Dante is a dream! I don’t care. I know he’s controlling overprotective true alphahole , but I love him.

What will happen to her if her secret comes out?
I listened to the audio version of this book.I loved the second book in this series. Jaime is almost as mouthy as Taryn and Greta is still around for comic relief. Jaime and her brother Gabe are recent additions to the Phoenix pack. They came from the original pack that Trey left along with Dante and the enforcers. Dante is the pack beta and Jaime used to follow him around when she was younger. She still obviously has a crush on him, but he has no plans to date someone in his pack who is not his mate.Jaime has a big secret. Though she passes herself off as a submissive her wolf is actually a dominant animal, or she would be if Jaime didn't keep her locked down. A childhood trauma had caused her wolf to be dangerous to others if allowed to surface. Jaime hides this fact in order to be allowed to live within a pack. This works fine until one of Dante's crazy ex girlfriends attacks her believing her submissive. While Jaime's wolf does not come out her dominant personality does and now the peach knows she lied and that she may be dangerous. The only thing that stops here from being banished is Dante's believe that his enforcer training program can give her the control she needs. Dante has decided he wants Jaime to be his, even if she is not his mate. Now he just has to find a way to keep her.
