Cheap Cheap Moving Boxes B-003 Small Moving Boxes (Pack of 25)

Bought these to hold books for which they are working well. Books cannot be crushed by stacking heavy items on top of the book boxes.The boxes are heavy once packed with books, and we have had no problem with the boxes busting open. None.Of course we taped the boxes very well understanding the logistics.I will NOT be using them for fragile items, or soft items, as the cardboard is not sturdy enough to survive, say, being stacked in a truck on the bottom of a stack of boxes packed with books.I would use these boxes for everything if I were totally responsible for the stacking, loading, and unloading of them, making sure of marking "Heavy", and "Fragile" etc.

This boxes are a good size for most items. They can be filled up with either dishes or books and not be too heavy to lift. They are not the best wall and fluting construction, so removing tape and handling can damage them easily, leaving them useless after a few uses.

The boxes are fairly small, but perfect for books. I have hundreds of books and most of them were able to fit into these boxes without them being too heavy to lift. They're a bit flimsy, but don't feel like they'd break right away. Probably not good to use them for glass or anything fragile, though.

They are boxes. What more can I say? Oh, one thing I can say, as the name implies, these are indeed cheap boxes. Now, that's not to suggest that they fell apart during our move, but they are definitely not the thickest boxes out there. But if you are trying to move on a budget, these will definitely do the job. My only concern is that I had to put a number of things in storage and had to be careful just how high I stacked the boxes to prevent the lower boxes from collapsing under the weight of the boxes above them. I think I was able to stack them about 6 or 7 high before I started to get concerned and didn't dare putting more on top. Of course, this is highly dependent on what you packed in the boxes (READ: How heavy are they?) So keep that in mind if you have to use these for storage.

Good price for the boxes, but you do get what you pay for. We have owned heavier duty boxes and kept them through several moves. These will be good for MAYBE one more move.

Needed boxes fast and Amazon delivered! We are moving to a new home and we wanted boxes that were small enough to carry but sturdy enough to protect our cherished possessions. These were perfect.

This kit was a convenient purchase. It arrived undamaged in a huge box.The only issue I had was that the included tape wasn't of very good quality.
