Sony MDR-EX15AP Earphones with Smartphone Mic and Control - Blue

Within 2 months, without any kind of misuse on my part, the volume in the left earphone has reduced to such a level that it's as if the sound is only coming through the right earphone. Quite distracting and frustrating. Amazon's price when I bought them was just £6.99, so perhaps, even with the Sony name, I shouldn't be surprised. But still, how can I recommend these to anyone??

Well, they look fine and they sound fine (though I confess I’m no audiophile). However, after about two weeks they just seemed to start doing their own thing. I’m using them with an iPod 6, with the latest operating system, etc. Much if the time they’ll be fine and then, for no obvious reason, they’ll just stop playing, start Voice control, Restart, do it all again, stop, start, stop start, etc. It’s just bizarre - and very frustrating. Also bizarrely, whereas the ‘remote’ control doesn’t generally work (never did, but I decided I could live with that) it DOES work when the headphones are having their fit. I have finally narrowed it down, I think, and - generally - the buds work ok if I’m stood up or walking (generally!); but if I bend down, kneel down, whatever, they go nuts! I presume it’s a wiring problem. I realise you don’t get much for £5.99 (as I write this, they’re being sold for a quid less than that), but they should work, at least - for more than a couple of weeks.I can not recommend them (I see at least one other person has had the identical problem.) save yourself a lot if frustration and look elsewhere.

Le cuffie di per se son buone come suono e microfono, l'unica GROSSA pecca e' che NON sono compatibili con PC come invece da titolo o caratteristiche tecniche riportate.Ingannato da cio' quindi le ho acquistate per mio figlio per poterle collegare al computer di casa cosi' da poter ascoltare e parlare in chat con gli amici, ma gia' guardando l'involucro (quello in foto) ho cominciato a nutrire forti dubbi.Ed infatti leggendo anche il manuale, c'e' scritto:"Se collegato ad uno smartphone non supportato, il microfono di questa unità potrebbe non essere utilizzabile oppure il volume potrebbe risultare basso"ed infatti con mio sommo dispiacere, una volta collegate le cuffie al mio pc con windows 10 non vengono riconosciute e si puo' solo ascoltare MA NON parlare al microfono; cio' puo' avvenire unicamente collegandole allo smartphone (e nemmeno tutti i modelli).Quindi come voto do 8 alle cuffie (di per se il suono e' buono) ma 0 (zero) come titolo della pagina di Amazon perche' fuorviante e meno dieci (-10) alle specifiche riportate dal sito e dalla stessa Sony poiche' c'e' scritto supportatre universalmente, quindi computer, smartphone ecc.Non faccio il reso poiche' non ho voglia di perdere tempo e soldi, visto anche quanto le ho pagate, ma fate attenzione poiche' il titolo e le caratteristiche delle cuffie sono devianti e traggono in inganno.Peccato. . . vorra' dire che preferiro' sempre prima un negozio fisico poiche' lì almeno, gli imballi e caratteristiche degli oggetti acquistati puoi vederrli e toccarli con mano senza brutte sorprese finali. . . . poi mal che vada, effettuero' acquisti online MA CON MOLTA ATTENZIONE.Buone feste a tutti.

Over the last 15 years of walking my now very old dog I have lost, trampled on, pulled the leads out of dozens of pairs of earphones, some of which were quite expensive, and pretty much all of them haven't been able to cope with the wear and tear that I put them through - except for these ones. I've ordered 3 pairs in case I mislay them or leave them at work, because I just can't live without them and they are so affordable. My oldest pair is about 2 years old and admittedly has seen better days but still working and giving the same brilliant quality sound none-the-less.
