Tai-Otoshi

Participating in Judo/Jiu Jitsu for a few years now I am finally getting to the point where I am beginning to discover and focus upon my natural throws, and the one at the top of the list is Tai Otoshi. After working through many of my other books, YouTube videos, and other references, I tentatively decided to spend the money on this book. Despite the fact that it is fairly short in pages, the book is crammed full of wonderful basics, which are if utmost importance in martial arts, well as nicely illustrated technique variations. If you are even remotely interested in improving your Tai Otoshi, THIS IS THE BOOK that you want!

great book and Neil Adams shows you what you need to do to pull off this throw in competition

Tai-Otoshi has been my favorite technique since starting Judo four years ago and I was excited to see a whole book dedicated to the throw. The Masterclass books are really something else. Neil Adams has one of the best Tai-Otoshi's the sport has ever seen and this book gives you a handful of tools to use for improving your Judo.

Nothing wrong with it. It would have been great and useful when it was published. But now, with youtube- watching instructional videos is much better - easier and faster - than this book.
