I was pleased to try these 'Clean Vitamin D3 | 2000IU | 50 μg | No Artificial Fillers, Additives | Clean Healthy Source | 90 Veg Capsules | UK Made |'. I have been taking a D3 supplement regularly .1. You get a 90 capsules in a brown plastic bottle with a screw top metal lid. There is a clear plastic seal around the top and also a peel off seal under the lid.2. The dose is 1 capsule per day and that will give you 2000IU/50 μg which is 1000% of the Nutrient Reference Value.3. The capsules themselves are about 2cm x 0.5cm and I find them easy to swallow. They do not seem to have a smell or any flavour to speak of.4. They contain a bulking agent of brown rice flour along with Vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol, in a vegetarian capsule but no other artificial fillers or ingredients.5. They are made in the UK and my bottle has a best before date of 04/2023.6. I have confidence that it is a well made supplement and will have good absorbancy.7. The price of £13.99 for 3 months supply is fair in my opinion.

You are getting 90 vegetarian capsules here. If you stick to the recommended dosage of one daily then they will last you three months. They are marked vegetarian but not vegan and I suspect this is because the vitamin D3 is probably animal sourced making it vegetarian but not vegan. It is nice that they have went for vegetarian capsules and there are no nasty ingredients like gelatin. The capsules out of a typical size and easy enough to swallow. I like teaching vitamin D especially in the darker weather as I feel it does make a difference and with this you get a decent dosage per capsule. At just over a tenner this isn’t bad value for money especially considering you’re getting three months worth.

But I can tell you that these tablets are easy to swallow and have no taste or smell that I could detect and arrive in a double sealed plastic bottle, so it is highly unlikely that they can be tampered with.They comprise the vitamin D together with a brown rice flour bulking agent, but no other 'nasty' ingredients.One of these tablets actually supply more than the recommended dose of the vitamin, which the government recommends should be taken by all adults.I believe that this is a high quality product and given the formulation the active ingredient should be easily absorbed.

It is hard to evaluate how well a vitamin is working, I need vitamin D as I am fair skinned and live in Scotland, so pretty much an all year round requirement for me. I like that these ones are free of nasty additives and the capsules are vegan rather than animal based gelatine. At the current price at time of review of £13.99 for 90 capsules (one a day, so a 3 month supply), these are not the cheapest but reasonable value especially for a high quality product - less than 16p a day to ensure you have enough vitamin D to help absorb calcium and maintain bone density. They are not huge capsules so slip over easily too. Very happy with these.
