Schiara Posture Corrector for Men and Women

My wife has tried a couple of different braces in the past and this one is easier to use and more comfortable than any of the previous ones. This definitely helps posture and does not cut off circulation or constrict movement. Well worth the purchase and would recommend to others.

Bought this because my posture has gone to hell since I've been stuck at the home office during COVID. I found that I was hunching while sitting at my desk and I started to get back pain. Decided to give this a try.This brace works great. Seems to pull my shoulders back and pushes nicely in the upper center of my back. I wear it for about 1/2 hour to 1 hour a day and definitely notice an improvement. It also tucks nicely under a vest or sweat shirt so you can't see it during Zoom calls.If you're stuck at home on the computer all day, this is worth the investment.

First things first. It came already put together, so I didn't have to worry about that. I was worried it would be difficult to put together based on the video in the description.It wasn't difficult to put on and I could definitely feel it working from the start, like it's difficult for me to slouch anymore, but at the same time it's not uncomfortable. I'm a skinny guy and it fit me perfectly, I even adjusted it a little bit to make it tighter. Have been wearing it for about 45 minutes so far and there's no discomfort.The real test will be wearing it while I do the dishes, as that's when my back hurts the most, but based on my initial experience I'm confident it will help.

I have a lot of adhesions and pain in my cervical spine, so any amount of incorrect posture puts me in a lot of pain . So unless I sit, stand and work with perfect posture it hurts like h*ll. I ordered this hoping it would help , which it does a little bit . As for correcting posture , meh .. it’s okay . It’s not uncomfortable if you have a shirt on under it , and I usually wear it to work 9+ hours . It doesn’t start bothering me or digging into my shoulders until my shift is almost done . Which is expected since you’re not supposed to wear it that long . I wish it came higher up on the neck, and it’s not all that supportive . It’s visible as well, so it’s hard to hide it under clothing of that’s a concern for you

I work on the computer all day long and lead a sedentary lifestyle which led to neck/back pain as well as a little slouch. My colleague recommended me to try the posture corrector brace. I'm glad that I heeded his advice and after using it for about a week, I feel much better. The initial 2 days were challenging and I had to loosen the brace as my shoulder and back couldn't sustain the pull of the brace. Guess, I should have been gradual. The third day onwards, it started to feel better and I now feel my posture is improving with only minor back/neck pain.As far as the product is concerned, it is of high quality and intuitive to use. It is comfortable to wear. I would be ideal if the product had some sort of cushioning around the armpits area but then something one wouldn't realize after 2-3 days as the body gets used to it.

It's a fairly simple product to use and I like that it does have stretch to it and secured via velcro - makes it easier to put on and adjust without any help from anyone. The stretch also helps prevent over straightening my back or overpulling of my shoulders backwards to prevent any pain as my posture adjusts. However, it's not too stretch and it does the job of keeping your shoulders pulled back enough to ensure my posture is correct every time without effort on my part.Now the real test is the test of time....how long will this last? I'll see and submit updates as needed. So far so good though.

Very good posture corrector!easy to wear,the whole is very lightweight,sometimes I forget I'm wearing them.Can effectively prevent me from hunchback, when I unconsciously think of hunchback. Good. I like it very much！

I've been using the posture corrector for a couple of weeks now, and it seems pretty good. I didn't have to make any length adjustments from how it came from the retailer. It also comes with an extension to add if you need a larger fit. I wear when I work from home in my home office and have gotten use to wearing for a few hours at a time. For the price, it's a good impulse buy. Obviously TBD on long-term correction of posture but it initial impressions are good.
