Use these to add a 3rd piercing to each ear lobe. Arrived quickly in sterile packaging, with cleansing wipes included. Super easy to use, you’ve just got to be quick and quite forceful! I wiped the area clean first with the wipes provided, and also earring posts and backs, marked where I wanted to pierce with a non toxic washable pen and then went for it. It’s does sting but that disappears quickly. Wasn’t painful at all. The blue plastic casing is left behind on the earring after piercing but this easily comes off by breaking it in half. Any redness had disappeared after a few hours and they weren’t sore. Simple, easy and quick. Would recommend!

These were so easy to use, I was a bit nervous to do it myself but as long a you do a quick and firm click it was so easy and pain free to do. Nothing caught or got stuck.I've only just done it, so cannot comment if the earrings will irritate my skin (as I do find this with cheaper earrings) but I'm looking to change them in a few weeks anyway

They were very easy to use. I used ice before to numb the area so it would hurt a little less and it did. Used a pen to mark the area. A bit sore after it has been done but not bad at All. We’re very easy to use. Just make sure to keep hair away from ear, to clean everything properly including hands and ears to avoid infection. Would definitely recommend. Used these for my second piercings. For someone with a low pain tolerance did not hurt. Also to clean with salt water everyday. Will be buying these again.

My daughter found these really easy to use and managed to pierce her ears herself with them. He's only complaint was that the gems were bigger than she had expected. They look lovely though.

I've used 3 other self piercing kits at a similar price mark and had no issues, yes the earrings tend to be larger for some reason, but I found these to be too large for purpose and had no option but to take them out after 3 days. They were almost impossibe to sleep in, the metal casing around the stones is ill fitting and too large for the stone size and for a new piercing site, plus the back also made for proper discomfort when attempting to put head to pillow making it so uncomfortable and painful when rolling onto it during sleep. I'd not recommend these to anyone wanting to pierce anywhere beyond 2nd or 3rd piercing holes on the lobe, I used it between my 2nd and now 4th piercing site up the lobe. It's fine now I've removed the earring and cleaned the piercing wound with saline solution and antiseptic every day to fight infection, it became so sore, inflamed and itchy because of being messed with during the night trying to get comfortable. 2 stars for the gun being easy for my husband to use and the earrings being easily removable. Sorry guys, leaving such a negative review doesn't feel good but I feel it will be useful to anyone thinking of buying this particular kit as a first timer, go with a smaller and simpler earring design, these are designed to be removed after each wear, not worn and slept in for 6 weeks straight.

This was an impulse buy with no regrets. But make sure you have solution to clean your new piercings (I used Claire’s rapid solution) and a surgical pen to mark where you want them(I made an extra hole because of not marking placement) . It didn’t hurt doing the piercings but if you pierce cartilage like I did, it’ll be uncomfortable to sleep on. And I changed my piercings to Sterling sliver after a week and that was extremely painful but I couldn’t keep these earrings in they had faded after a week. It’s been 2 weeks and sleeping is much better. Will be back after 6 months to complete my ear stacks.3 month update!!!1. Do your best not to fiddle with them, will take longer to heal.2. Change to hypoallergenic steel earrings with flat back as soon as you can. I wish I did this straight away the top 2 peircing started to heal properly once I changd front the gold stars. Very nearly got infection from the earrings not allowing my cartilage to heal cartilage. And the str shape get caught in EVERYTHING that goes near your ear! Literally everything and it's very very painful!

gem (top) was wayy bigger than expected so idk how imma hide it from my mum but easy to use pain would be a 2/10 because it’s fast
