It's not really adjustable. It only adjust for 2 sizes. False advertisement. Adjustable means various sizes. This rod is either long or short one way. It did not fit my window even though my measurement was within the measurements the company said they adjust too.

Note that the 30-57" size is either 41 5/8" or 56" between the rod ends. No in between. The knobs on the ends are plastic but they're very thick plastic so they should be OK. There is a thin plastic protective film over the bars so remove that if your curtains expose the rod. I like the look of this rod and it should be sturdy enough for the two supports even at the longest extension. I would recommend and buy again.

Description states length is 30-48”, which I took to mean adjustable to any length between 30” and 48”. However, it’s constructed to be EITHER 30” OR 48”, with no intermediate length possible. Since 30” is too short and 48” is too long, I’ll have to see if my handyman can cut it to MAKE it work.

My bad for buying this without watching the video first 🤦🏼‍♀️ It comes in several pieces that you screw together. The spots where the rod connects look ridiculous and cheap. And you basically have two options for the length, so if your window isn't one of those 2 lengths, this is useless.The black is also very shiny and looks tacky. I didn't even try and install this curtain rod, returning it ASAP

Love the design - the product is extendable using screw on extensions - its perfect as you don't compromise like you would with the telescopic models. They also include rubber rings to add to the curtains so eliminate the metal-on-metal sound. Brilliant product and great value. Note, the ends are fixed and this removes another annoying feature with standard bars.

There is no in-between with this rod, and an odd and misleading way to advertise the product. Instead of advertising as 30-44" where a hyphen is interpreted as "to," this product SHOULD BE advertised as 30" OR 44" (same for all sizes). As a result, I cannot use as I had intended. It will be too long for the 36" width window. I don't know if I should just keep it and use it in another way, or go through the trouble of returning. What I DO know, is that I won't be buying from this company again.

i would need about three of these to cover my sliding door but i’m using it to put up some type of privacy in my bathroom door way since i live in a one bedroom apartment but nothing about this is adjustable like it said but other than that i’m not mad i’m going to order about three more for my bedroom window and kitchen windows i just really wanted to cover my sliding door !!!! it’s hot !
