Estro Halt Twin Package-for Estrogen Support | Contains CDG, Indole-3-Carbinol & Apigenin

I started taking Estrohalt to support my post-menopausal PMDD experience (where an intolerance to oestrogen causes joint pain, nerve pain and mental health symptoms on a monthly cycle). I am unable to take any hormone-based HRT due to this condition and migraines. My endocrinologist explained that after my hysterectomy with oophorectomy, my body would still produce a base level of oestrogen via my adrenals, which still gives me temporary PMDD symptoms; since taking Estrohalt for the past two weeks I can confirm my cycle is reduced to such an extent I haven’t felt this well for a long time! (I’m combining Estrohalt with non-hormonal day/night patches of high dose vitamin B12 & magnesium as my new regime.) Dosage; I started week one taking one Estrohalt in the morning at breakfast; week two I took a full dose, with one Estrohalt in the morning and one in the afternoon. Now I’m on weeks three-four and taking a full dose of two Estrohalt in the morning; this works the best for me and I feel the optimum benefit this way. I recommend Estrohalt for all my PMDD peeps!

It has now been over two weeks since I purchased Estro Halt to try and curb my estrogen dominance which I have been “fighting” with for two years.I don’t know if it is as a result of taking Estro Halt or starting dirty Keto (or both) but I finally do feel like I am on the right track, feel a bit lighter and more energetic.It is still early days but hopefully in a couple of months, I will be able to see some more difference.

It’s been great I’m using a good omega 3 6 9 as it was advised on the bottle to do soIf found my breast tissue has reduce would be more if I could stick to healthy eating but got have a treat now and again

These are excellent tablets which block estrogen levels and can be used for a plethora of reasons. Although only having used them for three weeks, I have witnessed a range of benefits already. I bought them for bodybuilding initially but have also noticed that my energy levels are better and I do not sweat quite so much - my skin seems better also. I will continue to observe the benefits pertaining to bodybuilding whereby I suspect they can be used in conjunction with testosterone pills.

Bloating vanished within a week of using the pills. And I had struggled with that for a while.Great product, does what it says, and easy to use.I chose this over a prescription of a GnRH for oestrogen dominance. Much less side effects!

Amazing!! The only thing I've found that has completely stopped my peri menopause symptoms of night sweats & evening chills.Also I seem to have a lot more energy, especially in the evening, when I'd previously be almost in a coma by 9pm. I take 2 tablets daily first thing in the morning.
