The set is super cute. But they are about 12 inches long and very thin.

i probably should have read the reviews on these before buying them, they were just cheaply painted wooden decorations. i definitely was expecting bigger better quality.

I was pleased with these items and they made a nice accent for my kitchen and dining area. They are lightweight and adhere nicely to the wall. The knife was slightly rippled but I am OK with it as I wanted to get my decorating over and done with.. All in all, I was very pleased with these pieces.

For one, measurements are misleading (40 in/15.7 in....???? Items were maybe 15 in tall. What was the 40 in measurement for??). Also, not only were they were painted on one side only, but it was like the seller made a few brush strokes before considering it done (coverage was hit & miss) but main complaint was they were made of cheapie wood so thin, they arrived all broken in half. I expected the thin wood, but figured they would at least survive shipping, but nope! Luckily I only paid $7 so not a big loss, but I was better off cutting templates from the Amazon boxes they came in - those boxes are thicker and sturdier than these cheap things and my 4 yro would have done a better job of painting them.
