I bought these for a drop shot rig to catch bass. The weights are perfect for a wacky rig from a boat or on the shore, easy to pull through lake bottom grass and other debris. Catching bass all the time now, and other fish I haven’t been aiming for. Already recommended to a friend and he now uses these weights for his drop shots.

I fish where there are tons of snags. Devil's Lake North Dakota has tons of rocks so you need affordable weights you can afford to lose and still catch fish with. These weights are magic for jigging flies for the Walleyes and WhiteBass! Cheaper than all the local shops as well!

I saw other guys use this type of sinker that were in longer shape. I searched Amazon and found this one which was called the same name, "pencil sinker". It turned out to be shorter than what I saw elsewhere. The reason I bought it was to overcome the snagging rocky bottom of a fishing spot, and longer ones serve that purpose better. This stuff is sill good, just not in the longer shape that I expected.

What else can I say? These clip on your line easily, stay put, and their slim diameter makes them perfect for drop shots. If and when they do get hung up on the bottom they come off easily enough that you don’t lose your whole drop shot rig, pop on another weight and you’re fishing again.

I sewed these into the bottom of my curtains and it worked great! Not too heavy but also doesn’t fly around in the wind!

These are really nice fishing weights, I was running low on drop-shot weights and was happy to find a 25 pack of these. The weights perform well, I do a bit of both salt and freshwater fishing and haven't had any trouble with these. They don't get stuck on any grass or rocks that easily and the swivels make it so that the weights dont come off my line during a cast or reeling in a fish. It's great that I can get so many weights that aren't pricey, and they don't perform like cheap weights!

Bought these with high hopes of finally getting a legal halibut off the beach on a drop shot setup. Weights look great and seem solid but metal wire that is the line keeper has failed and broke off at the swivel point a couple times after only a couple trips.

I have bought similar weights locally and had to pinch the clinch swivel as they didn't hold the fishing line. But these hang on the line perfectly right from the start.

This product is exactly how it is described. Great fishing weights in many different sizes. Great for three way swivels.

These are great for fishing sea trout and they don’t get hooked on anything I would recommend them to my friends
