Update: So I got this in Dec. And I used it for about 3 weeks. Then havnt played a game with it till now, march due to extra work. Anyways now when I am playing a game, the left joystick moves downward. In games like GTA:SA, the player keeps running on his own. Its really annoying that only after about 3 good weeks of use and this controller is malfunctioning.This controller is very similar to the Dual Shock 3, however its smaller in size and the analog sticks don't feel as smooth and pricise as that of a ps3 or x360 controller. There is noticeable lag in some games while in others its pretty smooth. The only major peeve with this controller is that the phone clip holder tend to fall forward when you tilt it toward you. Nothing you cant fix with a piece of cardboard though. You have to turn on Bluetooth in android phone then search for devices, then On controller you hold the home button plus the X button (Y button if iOS). It will show up as wireless keyboard or so but that okay. It will work.All in all I like it. Its worth every penny.

I can't say enough good things about this controller. I had patched my copy of Mario and Luigi's Superstar saga through to digital using a converter and since it's a turn based RPG it played alright with a touchscreen... but I wanted to be able to play all my backed-up games... And touch screens are garbage for platformers and the like. This thing is fully mapable and doesn't seem to have any delay between the input and the reaction. The standby life is fantastic, too! I've never had the battery die on me. I haven't yet tested it with my N64 cartridge backups, but it's perfect with SNES and every variant of gameboy game. I cannot recommend this enough! I'll be ripping my PS1 discs soon and seeing about getting a phone emulator: Here's hoping it works just as well for that! <3Synced automatically when activated after the first time I manually did it. Note: Gotta be careful about pushing the HOME button, it changes the functions around. Don't hit it by mistake during the game or the thing will suddenly decide it's a camera remote or something! O.o

I ordered another controller to play SEGA Classic Games on the Fire Sticks....it was a really nice controller, but it just would not "pair" with the fire stick. I spoke to an Amazon Customer Service Rep (Via chat) who gave me a Return Label/Refund for that controller and recommended this controller instead.....and it works PERFECTLY! *I especially like the ability to customize the controls for each of The Fire Stick SEGA Classic Games (You can choose any button you want for "Attack" "Jump" etc.....)

Need better directions, I had to do through the reviews to figure out how to connect to an 2gen Fire Tv from amazon. Hold the home and x button for 5 seconds and make sure you are using add another Bluetooth device, not add game controller.

I don't write reviews often, and when I first tested this controller with snesx9 it was very laggy with a delayed push time response. I will save you all that hassle by telling you that you should download the RetroArch application from the play store. It has no input lag. And it works the way it should. I've played through quite a few snes and Sega games using this controller with the RetroArch emulator. Its not the controller that makes it lag or have a low Input for button frequency. Its a great controller especially for the price! I would recommend it if you just want a basic ps3 style controller foe your mobile games!

No stars for this item here, idk if it's the company or what but this controller I received definitely was useless. First thing I noticed was the Letts on the bottoms where from some other language ( not sure which) then when I go to connect the controller to my phone (took awhile to do) it connects and then disconnected from my phone. When it was connected to my phone (for the short period of time) the functions did not work. Pressed the home button to switch modes like instructions bsaid and nothing happened. Half the time I couldn't tell if the thing was on or not, called Amazon and was told that my Android 9 phone wasn't compatible, but when I went to connect it to my fire stick ; I had the same problems. All in all waste of time , will be returning ASAP...... this product should be removed from Amazon immediately

This was my second or third joystick for my android phone and I'll admit the first two didn't do a good job. So I went into this with low expectations. So when I first tried to pair it and my phone couldn't see it, I assumed it was mislabeled as bluetooth but really wifi only or something similar. Luckily someone had posted a review saying that they could pair the gamepad with their Android phone by pressing the "Home" and "X" buttons at the same time. When I did this, it did enter pairing mode and my phone saw it. I've been able to play games a lot easier ever since.

Had this controller for over a year now. It works very well for emulators such as Nintendo DS and PS1. Works good in other mobile games I tried (wish more games had controller support.)There is no delay for any of the buttons. I wish the analog sticks would be more loose to make movements/aiming more accurate and smoother for some games.Connectivity was never a problem. Battery life is good though it takes a while to charge 100%. It's a PS3 controller and you can put accessories on it which is nostalgic for me.

The controller wasn't working right away after I connected it to my bluetooth, but after I configure the controller in my Steam settings and follow the manual instructions there was no problem at all. The controller's wireless response is great for my games. The charging time is really fast and the battery seems to last long enough for a decent playtime. The controller arrived on time and this is a great price for what it offers. I recommended and I would buy it again if I have to.
