GroverV97-18NA Sta-Tite 97-18 Series Vertical Tuning Machines Set - Nickel

I have a 1935 Gibson L4. The tuners I had on them were reallly worn out and I thought they were original. When trying to find replacements I realized they were only manufactured in the 1950's. So I found pictures of the original tuners and found that Grover sta-tites were supposed to be on it. So I'd recommend researching the guitar and make sure you're getting the right ones. When I s looking to buy replacements, I found these. They have the same look and design as the originals, but they has been reengineered to to have a 18:1 gear ratio which is more than 25% more. That means perfect, steady, precise tuning. Tuning these things is the difference between driving a jalopy and a Cadillac.If your guitar is worth over 1k, I'd highly recommend taking them to a profesional. Mine has been refinished and beat up so I did my own. When I did, I found 4 different sets of screw holes, I'm glad I researched and found the right ones.Stewmac has YouTube videos on how to age them to match your guitar.

I've used these on several guitars and love them because they do exactly what they're advertised to do - mount right up and keep your guitar in tune. While there are a handful of factors to consider when keeping a guitar in tune, tuners are at the top of that list. I perform in varying environments and these keep the strings right in place without any slippage...and that 18:1 ratio makes for precise tuning not found on most stock tuners.Love 'em and will continue to use them unless something better comes along!

中古で購入したアリアのドレッドノートにバリ装着。オリジナルのモノは直ぐにチューニングが下がり、かなり苦労しました。ギア比 18:1は伊達じゃないですね！チューニングマシンなのゲージが「ピタッ」と止まるのが気持ちいい。

とても使いやすく、チューニングもばっちりきまるペグです。いい感じです。
