I have an ulcer on the bottom of my foot right under my toes. This shoe is excellent. It provides protection so that I am not walking on that area thus allowing it to heal up. I recommend this to anyone that needs it.

What can you immediately when you break your toe? Have a shoe like this on hand is a gamechanger.First - it fits perfectly. Very good quality. Follow the size guidelines. It is very comfortable, and takes all the weight off of your toes which is so important to do as soon as this happens. Don't forget to rest ice and elevate your leg for the best outcome. This shoe has allowed me to move around my house effortlessly with less pain. Highly recommend!

i’ve been hobbling around at a job that requires standing - unable to take all weight off my broken toe. Today was much better with this Boot. I was able to use a superfoot insole to cushion my arch, Then reroute the Velcro so that the bottom flap is open and does not apply pressure to my toe. The boot shifts my weight backwards - putting little to no pressure on the toe. I think the insole It’s important and I agree with some of the other reviewers that it doesn’t have fantastic traction. Just be careful, it helped me out tremendous. Highly recommend if you hurt your toe as badly as I did

This shoe really helped me get around while my broken toe was healing. I even would wear it around the house because it provided so much relief. The straps are not super comfortable so I made sure to wear a thick sock to help with that.

With three broken toes, I needed an emergency shoe brace. After employing my PhD skills in all things Amazon, I found a shoe brace that I thought would be ideal. This GHORTHOUD shoe brace is made to relieve any pressure to your toes and transfer the pressure to the back of your foot by a "rocking" motion. My new Ghorthoud shoe arrived from Amazon in 2 days time and I immediately put it on. What a relief! I could tell after just two steps that I had made a good purchase. Of course you need to put on a shoe that corresponds to the height of the shoe/brace. The size guide is exact. If in doubt, go with a larger size. I probably needed a size larger, but would not go without it long enough to receive a larger size... BUY it Immediately if you have a broken toe!!

Severely disappointed. Size is off, quality is terrible, it's lopsided to the point where it could cause an ankle injury on TOP of whatever toe/foot injury you're already facing. Try anything else. Only attempted to wear for a short period and my foot swelled right back up in pain it somehow made worse. Stay away.

I had foot surgery and ended up having to buy 4 pair of these over the recovery time they are made out of cardboard over plastic for the sole. the good part is the size I ordered stuck out past my toe to protect it . So if you need to protect your toe from hitting stuff it worked but in the long run you will need to replace after 4-6 weeks

This shoe is a lifesaver. I am able to walk without pain from my broken toe and the shoe is so comfortable.
