Beschanailouis 36 Inch Expandable Extra Large

Strong, durable, expandable, space for all the things you want to carry, just an excellent and exemplary luggage. I love it and bought 4 so far for my 2 trips to Africa and carried presents for my big loving family and left the luggages with them because they love them too for travels.

La compré para poder usarla como una maleta extra en caso de requerirla. La idea era meterla en mi maleta de viaje normal y usarla sólo si era necesario. Cuando llegó me di cuenta que es muy grande y muy pesada, por lo que para mí no sirve para lo que yo la necesitaba. La tuve que devolver.

Ce bagage est vraiment excellant, facile à tirer, léger et spacieux.

I do not do reviews but had an issue with this bag. The concept of the bag being expandable is great, and I was excited to travel with it. I purchased this for a recent trip to France as I knew I would be bringing back a lot more than I went with. I normally travel business and all my bags come out in great shape, on the odd occasion my Rimowa bags (also offering a Warranty policy) have had an issue with a wheel the suitcase has been have been repaired free of charge.The bag arrived in Marseille after 2 flights with 3 wheels which was quite awkward to use and I had to pull it along as opposed to wheeling it upright with 4 wheels. The stitching on strap holder also came unstitched. This was the 1st and only time it was used - so it makes for an expensive 1 time use bag!!I completed the Warranty form and wrote to Beschan asking for a replacement bag/or repair under the 1 year Warranty policy covering defects in workmanship as it is supposedly covered by a 12 month warranty. After a quick initial email response in November asking for the order number they have NOT replied. I would NOT buy this product again, due to poor customer service and not honoring their Warranty policy! If Beschan read this I will take this review down if I get a response and my bag at the very least is replaced or repaired.

J'ai choisi cette valise grâce aux commentaires et ils disent vrai!! Elle est fantastique! Ce qui serait idéal serait d'avoir une poignée télescopique afin de la rouler aisément!! C'est certain que lorsqu'elle est pleine ce problème n'y est pas car elle roule aisément! Par contre si nous n'avons qu'une partie utiliser, la transporter sur l'épaule est un peu encombrant surtout pour moi qui a 60 ans mais je l'adore tout de même! À recommander certainement!! Merci!
