Quality trampoline for indoors. Far better than most I've purchased in the past. Easy to assemble aswell and option of folding away is perfect .

I bought this trampoline for my 5 years old , he used it a few times for a month , the bar has fallen apart and now is not save for him to use it anymoreI tried to contact the seller to ask for a replacement but no answer and the return has being deniedThis product shouldn’t be adviser for kids if the quality is not in the safety standards for them to be useReally disappointed with the seller communication and lack of customer service

Happy with purchase once we managed to work out how to assemble.The instructions are very poor resulting in a 15 minute job taking well over an hour. I am an experienced DIY 'er but this beat me !

Update.I reported them to Amazon who read through the exchanged messages. They immediately gave me a full refund and said not to return. I agreed I would get it disposed of.Holomall replied to me the next day...Told me they would issue a full refund and to dispose of the trampoline.Needless to say, they did not issue a refund. Maybe they actually looked and read that I had informed them that Amazon issued the refund.Such a waste!I bought the trampoline based on the majority of positive reviews.After I opened it, I realised four springs had come unattached.I tried every which way to fold it with zero success. I contacted customer service explaining in detail. A day later I was told to send a photo. Not that it showed anything I hadn't described in detail. I sent said photo, once again explaining the issue.I was then sent a very poor photo of it folded. I could just about see the bar should come apart.Mine is firmly welded on every joint. Again I emailed, again, I waited yet another day and had to email again saying I would have no choice to but to return it for a refund as it is not fit for purpose.Low and behold I got a reply.Will I accept a £10 refund and get someone in to fold it for me?Seriously? What part of welded shut isn't understood?Obviously I declined this and asked for them to arrange a courier collection as1. It won't fold to go back in the box.2. It us far too heavy for me to carry to the nearest drop off point.Still no reply.I have now informed them if a timescale to sort this before I report to Amazon and PayPal.Absolutely appalled at this poor level of customer service.Please don't risk this company like I did.

Bought for my nephews 2nd birthday. Assembly was a bit fiddley as instructions are not 100% clear but once you figure the first attachment out it's easy going. I do recommend attaching the actual trampoline cover with a second person to help keep tension evenly. As soon as he saw the trampoline he was straight on bouncing away. very sturdy and can hopefully see this lasting a long time.

Great trampoline, great price. I’m happy with the size. Bought for sensory circuits at home for 2 10 year olds and for fun of course. I’m hoping the trampoline will loosen up as it’s quite a stiff jump.

Bought for my grandsons second birthday, he loves it. It’s sturdy, though it was difficult for my daughter to put together especially the rubber hand bars, one has split though, he only got it in Jan 2019, so in 3 months the plastic handle is split, somehow he was able to bite it?
