This part worked perfectly and saved me a ton of money. The process of replacing wasn't too bad... just takes a little time.

Worked perfectly. Don't tighten the nuts for the electrical wires too tight because it can break. So I took the wires from the new one, put it on the old one, and presto it worked.

Popped it in as a heater element for my on demand water heater that had a bad element. Works perfect now.
