Great for Entremets
I thought this was a whimsical purchase, but it's actually a great way to get those modern-art-shaped Entremets. I did have to carefully fill the mold to make sure it was all the way filling those rounded edges, but it looks great and takes a mirror glaze well.It's easy to demold, but the mousse does have to be frozen absolutely solid, ideally overnight.

A little smaller than I expected but that said does the job. Happy with the purchase and would recommend
