Good resource
This is helpful in preparing for the Oxbridge Thinking Skills Assessment. It provides plenty of practice questions and answers and well as tips on how to do well in the exam.

Careless mistakes
The book starts promisingly, with most questions being challenging and preparing the reader well for the type of questions to expect in the real TSA exam, however it does a complete u-turn in the latter parts of the book. I am angered by the number of mistakes there are in this book. It would be very time-consuming to post all the errors in the book, but there are some questions where answers at the back of the book point to an option being correct which ISNT EVEN an option in the question. It's ridiculous that there hasn't been any quality assurance testing of this book, especially since a lot of people place trust in the explanations and answers given to readers by the author.I won't be buying another publication from uni admissions. A note to the author reading this review, there are many errors that correcting before future copies of this book are printed. Feel free to contact me and I'll enlighten you.

It's a good enough book
It's a good enough book, but as other people have said, it is littered with typos and mistakes that just undermine what otherwise would be a decent book. They don't really interfere with the function of the book, though they do grate, and it comes across very careless. That said, there are a lot of questions, and they are pretty good prep - they are all explained as well. The questions make up the bulk of the book - the how-to sections are a little short, but then again that might just be a result of the fact that a lot of this stuff is not obviously teachable.

Glad l did as its a fantastic book
Came across reference to this book from reading some forums. Bought it even though already have bought other books as didn't want to miss out just in case. Glad l did as its a fantastic book ! Well written and professionally thought out . The approach is easy to understand and grasp and delivers on all accounts. Feels writer understands the mind-set of readers . It's a must-have for all potential Oxbridge applicants.

Rife with errors.
Some of the questions at the beginning are useful. Although, many of them are either far too easy, or far too challenging and time consuming. However, later in the book, in the problem solving section, the book is rife with errors. There are many basic mathematical errors, which leave you with little confidence in the book.
