Going on 4 months and it is still working great....no connection issues.

The converter works fine for a month or so but then problems will arise. The first one I bought had problems with the coating around the wires...it broke (see picture of the one with the longer cord). The second one I bought simply stopped working...worked one day and not the next. When you plug it in the light appears so it's pretty easy to see if it is working or not. Yesterday it just stopped working. I tried it on another computer and it still doesn't work. I borrowed an adapter from a friend and theirs worked fine so I know it isn't my computer. I guess the search continues to find a better USB Ethernet (LAN) Network Adapter.

Works well to connect an ethernet cord to the laptop. It isn't very sturdy. It has started to separate at the top part where the cord attaches to the USB. Kind of like phone charger cords

A couple of things. My laptop wouldn't boot up with it plugged in. Like it was a bootable drive or something. Then, it started disconnecting for no reason. I examined it and found that there's no crimp or anything so where the tiny cable goes into the usb side, it just slides in and out. The last time I used it, was the last time. Doesn't work anymore. I'm sure the wires are probably broken on the inside of the usb side since there is nothing stable about it. I only got to use it a few times. If they were 10 for 10 bucks, I might buy all 10 if I was in the need for a disposable adapter.

My laptop doesn't have a ethernet port so i wanted to play animal crossing new horizons to fly and use online play and yuku emulator always shows a error message. I will say this usb ethernet adapter does work though but yuku emulator was lagging so bad on my laptop when trying to play animal crossing, So i'm sending it back with a refund.

I do have internet issue and latest laptops don't come with eithernet ports, it became essential for me. Easy to install, but the only issue the wire started issue doesn't connect properly after 3-4 months use.

Dear Ethernet Cable, I just wanted to write you a letter to thank you for helping me through a tough time. I recall when I was about to throw my laptop computer out the window because I couldn't log in to complete my homework, pay any of my bills, or check my email among other things. I completed query after query and still couldn't figure out why the Internet was dropping every minute, until, alas, it was you that was missing. Since you have come into my life, you have saved me from quite a bit of frustration and made things simpler and more rewarding. Thank you so much.
