Neoflam Eela 10-Inch Frying Pan with Bakelite Handle and Ecolon Non-Stick Coating

cleans like a breeze, learned to use very very little oil in it.

Brought this as family member need a replacement of well loved pan that outdates some of us. She requested non stick, light weight, no harmful coating, no screws in side the pan (that connects the handle), not made in Europe (those are too heavy) or certain part of world due to past conflicts.She loved it! Took a while to warm up to "colored" cookware. But now she enjoys the pretty color, easy to identify from the stash, and ease of use. This is definitely one of her good pans that's off limit to us.

I only used the pan for one week so I cannot comment on the durability of the pan. I know usually over time, the non stick part will not work as great as teflon pans. So far it works great. It's not nonstick and safe. However, I do feel the dimension is a little bit bigger. I used my other 10 inch lid to cover this fry pan. My lid is little smaller than this fry pan though.

Its light weight and easy to maintain. Great product for daily use.
